In my early teens, I was always playing around on my parents' laptop - building websites, making youtube videos, and selling trinkets online. I loved learning these new skills. I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit.
A couple years later, I had saved up enough to buy my “dream car” and proceeded to modify it as much as I could afford to. Coilovers, wheels, exhaust, and tune. At the age of 16, my weekends consisted of cruising to local car meets with my buds. I became engrained in car culture.
When I turned 18, it was time for me to get serious and choose a career path. I decided to pursue a degree in business and economics in hopes to land a career in finance. I got a scholarship to St. Lawrence University, and that's when everything changed.
While I was supposed to be studying for my final exams during my senior year, I remember thinking:
"I used to love cars... Is finance really the industry I want to be in for the rest of my life?”
Fast forward to a week after graduation, I'm jobless at a local bar back home. I overhear a guy explaining his ambitious plans to open a state of the art automotive service business unlike the state of NH has ever seen.
In this moment I knew that this was my chance to combine my passion for cars with my entrepreneurial itch.
I approached this crazy guy, we joined forces, and the rest is history. He became my mentor, and I built his entire digital marketing infrastructure and customer acquisition systems. I also worked the front desk handling sales and building relationships with every customer who walked through the door. With these systems, we launched and scaled 3 shops within 3 years.
Ever since, my sole focus has been solving one of automotive shop owners' biggest problems:
Creating a consistent flow high quality customers.
So that is my origin story.
My business is my life.
My business is my purpose.
